apartment of 45sq.m, 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, big living
room with fireplace and an enormous terrace!To the back of the
house and in a higher level of the plot there is another apartment of 53 sqm
which needs some repairs to become a nice and fresh painted guest house.It consists of a
kitchen – lounge, a bedroom and a bathroom.Below the main cottage is a large basement which is still unfinished can be used either as a storage area or can be converted into a pool house as there is plenty of space in the land to build a swimming pool.
The main cottage has 2 bedrooms,a fully equipped kitchen/dining room ,the living- room with the fire place,and
a bathroom .The sunrise create an optimistic atmosphere for your breakfast.
Next to the main cottage there is a smaller one as a "guest house"
where you can house your friends or your parents or even your children, if they
are old enough and you need a privacy as couple. This smaller cottage has one
romantic master bedroom and a bathroom, a living room with a small kitchen
complex.
This farm gives you
the opportunity to invite your friends you hadn't time to meet often in the winter.
It's a place where you can be inspired write a book, meditate, take photos, walking
in the olive groves and pine trees, drink special red wine “petrokorytho"
produced in Sinarades. Enjoy all kinds of water sports. You have the

Visit the old centre
of Corfu is so easy (only 12 min. by car).The roads are excellent. In 1 Km you
can visit Sinarades, an old village of 15th century with the philarmonic, laographic museum and traditional roads in a
typical corfiot architecture. In 5 min. by car you can go to Pelekas to enjoy the famous sunset.
Don't forget that the airport of Corfu has direct charter flights from all over
